West Longbridge
We have a strong track record of delivering high-quality jobs for local people. Our plans for West Longbridge will see up to 5,000 new jobs created in the local economy alongside up to 395 new homes. Our vision for West Longbridge will be shaped by our knowledge of Longbridge as an enterprising and sustainable location for people and businesses.
Longbridge MG
Our vision for the MG site will initially deliver up to 1,000 new jobs and up to 695 new homes. We are looking to retain some of the former MG buildings on the site in recognition of the unique history of this area, whilst investing in the future of Longbridge, reflecting the ambition of people who live here and those who wish to do so.
